This villa has gained this exclusive status through a total renovation. It is inspected and ranked yearly by Wild Dunes. The VIP ranking is based on the following criteria: All areas are well above average. Unit has a beautifully integrated decor with muted, tasteful colors, a variety of decorative objects, well-framed art, and excellent quality furnishings, flooring and window coverings, all with a coordinated style that reflects today's decorative trends. All elements of the property are new or like new, fresh, clean and well maintained. 2008 "VIP" rating reconfirmed by Wild Dunes on May 20, 2008.

A second floor end unit, this villa is extremely open and sunny, with windows on three sides, enjoying sunrise in the morning with views of the Ocean, the pool and gorgeous manicured pool grounds, and sunset in the evening with views of the golf course from the living room window and the breakfast area. A few steps take you to the pool and just beyond the pool miles of pristine beachfront for you and your family to enjoy.

Marble floors in the bathroom, plush new carpet in the bedroom, and laminate hardwood light heritage pine floors, enhance the new furniture in the bedroom, living room, and breakfast area. A carefully chosen décor; a sophisticated contemporary look, harmonized with a coordinated color scheme of warm tones of green lemongrass, lavender, eggplant, and light yellow give this home a current elegant but at the same time relaxed feel and charm.

We constantly update the unit to keep it rated as “VIP”. In December 2004, to insure ultimate comfort for our guests, we upgraded the mattress in the master suite to a Simmons Beauty Rest. All new stanless steel appliances, silverware, plates, and pots and pans. To the screen porch, a new dining room table and chairs, two lounge chairs with cushions, and two folding chairs for the beach. In February 2006, we added new Maytag front load washer and dryer and a new water heater. Free DSL has been as of January 31, 2007.

A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a furnished large screen porch, a totally remodeled bathroom with marble vanity and marble floors, desk and free DSL, upgraded mattress in master bedroom, pull-out queen bed in living room couch, bar area with built-in sink, stereo, TV , DVD and VCR in living room and bedroom, makes this a cozy but elegant and comfortable cottage type home for an extended or short stay at the beach.

The villa design is exceptional for providing a private and comfortable setting for two couples sharing the villa or one couple with children. Separated by a large foyer, the master suite and the separate living room have independent access to the full bathroom. The living room can be closed off and has a fold-out bed.

A guest book in the living room provides exciting reading of guest comments since we purchased this unit in March 2002.
