If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable private home with a great beach, some terrific golf courses and a short drive to Charleston, SC, our home provides all of this and more. It is located in exclusive, gated Ocean Point. The private, cul-de-sac has its own large pool, hot tub, and cabana for owners and guests. The beach access is just a few steps down the private street.

The open floorplan on the main level has 10 ft ceilings and a fireplace, includes a full kitchen. The downstairs has beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen has a breakfast table for two, the dining area contains a table and six chairs. There are two new couches(one pullout)which offers seating for a large group along with TV/DVD/Stereo. The main floor has french doors that open to a furnished screened porch with table and chairs and ceiling fans overhead.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a king size bed and a large bathroom with double vanities, a shower and a jacuzzi tub. The master also has a private deck, perfect for sunsets. The middle bedroom has a double bed the front bedroom has two twin beds. The two bedrooms have their own half baths and share a bathtub with shower. We also have a pack-n-play available.

Beach access is a few houses away with a walkway between the 17th and 18th holes of the Links golf course. There is also a private community pool with a hot tub and a cabana that overlooks the 18th fairway and the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for eating lunch at the pool. We also have a large four burner stainless steel gas grill.

Since the property is located at the end of the island, there is an inlet for great fishing and crabbing, and there is no beach erosion concerns. The beach is less crowded and more private and you can see dolphins swimming just off shore! This is a perfect location for relaxing, enjoying your family without all the crowds.

While Charleston is only 15 miles away with some of the best dining, shopping and museums, Wild Dunes has great amenities for everyone. We love going for a morning run, riding bikes around the island, getting lunch and having ice cream at the Boardwalk Inn. This is a perfect home for a family or a golf group. No pets please and no smoking.
