This beachhouse has is available for weekly rentals during the summer and shorter term stays in the fall, winter and spring.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautifully decorated home was newly furnished in 2008. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with fine linens and brand new luxury mattresses purchased in 2008. The large master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and opens to a lovely sun deck. The other two bedrooms share a common full bath. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed with access to the screened in porch. The third bedroom offers two twin beds. In addition, there is a brand new queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The living room and dining room look out to the private screened in porch equipped with table for 4 and outdoor sofa which is just perfect for a family get together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, appliances, and all the serving and entertaining pieces you could ask for. A gas grill is available to complete your dining experience.

One of the favorite spots is the wonderful screened in back porch/deck (re-built and re-screened in 2008), which stretches across three quarters of the house. It's the perfect place to relax on the outdoor sofa kick your feet up on the ottomans under the ceiling fans. If you want direct sun, there is a connecting sun deck with two cushy chaise lounge chairs facing the ocean. The access to the private beach is just across the street.

This house comes with a Sportcard access giving guests access to the Wild Dunes resort amenities with are just 2 blocks away. Staying within the gated golf community of Wild Dunes affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cocktails at the Grand Pavilion pool area, taking in a round of golf, playing tennis or strolling along winding walking trails, there is something for everyone in all four seasons.
