A special service that SHAW RealEstate SERVICES (SRS) offers renters is shopping for drinks and groceries before they arrive.   We will send a shopping list form to your guests so they can tell us what they want.  We shop at Publix and Whole Foods.  For the price of the groceries plus a small fee, guests can enjoy their vacation without a trip to the grocery store.

Special Occasions:

If there is a birthday, anniversary, or other special celebration, let us know and we can surprise your guests with decorations, cakes, flowers, etc.  We love to get creative and can plan the best of parties.  Pam has boxes of “theme” decorations, much to Brian’s dismay.  By allowing us to make celebrations more festive with special touches by Pam, we ALL have FUN.  Contact us for pricing quotes.
