Similar to a restaurant, you select from the menu only what you want.

We will do it ALL—set up your internet site with pictures and descriptions of your property, respond to renters, book reservations, and update the calendar—you can simply let us do it and collect the rental income for you. SHAW RealEstate SERVICES allows owners to customize the PERFECT property management plan for their rental property. We offer a Menu with more than 75 services in categories such as marketing, booking, inventory, shopping, inspection, cleaning, amenities, maintenance, security and financial services. Our plans are briefly described below.

ECONOMY Plan: Our most economical plan with basic management services including property inspection before and after rentals, renter check-in and maintenance services. We include 30+ services in this plan.

PREMIUM Plan: Our most comprehensive plan with a range of services including maintenance, check-in, amenities, and much more. It is a very good value and offers 60+ services.

PERCENTAGE Plan: Our most flexible plan with with the Economy Plan services or the Premium Plan services. This plan is perfect if you are currently using a percentage plan or rent infrequently. It is based on a percentage of the gross rental proceeds.

A LA CARTE Plan: Our plan that allows you to add or delete items so you get only the services you need. For instance, if you want to add booking services to any of our plans, we can do that!
